By using Ace Transfers Southampton’s services—whether airport transfer, cruise transfer, or city-to-city taxi within Southampton—you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We offer pre-booked chauffeur services across Southampton and throughout the UK, including all major airports and cruise terminals. All bookings must be made in advance via our website or customer support.
Full payment or deposit (as specified at booking) is required to confirm your reservation. We accept major credit cards processed securely via Stripe. Failure to pay may result in cancellation.
You may cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable unless due to exceptional circumstances, at our discretion.
Ace Transfers Southampton’s liability for any claim arising under or relating to these Terms is limited to the total fees paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, strikes, or regulatory restrictions.
We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates the current version. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute must be resolved in the courts of Southampton.
